The Maclachlan family invite you to a family and friends camping weekend of nourishment, play and connection.

This is a truly magical location within a wonderful ancient forest. Camping pitches encircle a large spring-fed lake and we have the whole site to ourselves. The capacity is for 60 people across 8 private pitches around the lake. Each pitch can accommodate up to 3 x large (4 person) tents or 4 x smaller tents. See Map below

  • Optional meals:

    £3breakfast, £5lunch, £7 dinner. With some communal prep & cooking

  • Furnished Bell tents can be hired in for around £225 so please get in touch to request ASAP

  • Forest Bakehouse bread and treats

  • Massage and reflexology (around £45ph)

  • Sauna, Fri 10am-1pm (£12 per person for 60mins, £6 for 30mins)

  • Paddleboarding *(£20 for 2 hrs)

COSTS for camping and free activities based on being full.

Adult = £80

Unwaged / low wage = £65

Child (12-18) = £40

Youngster (5 to 12) = Free

PRACTICALITIES

  • 5 compost toilets, 1 urinal and 1 accessible toilet

  • One coolish hand-pump camp shower…but there is also a fresh lake!

  • Parking for up to 15 cars/vans.

  • No electricity on site - we will use batteries

  • Camper vans - if smallish, a couple can get onto the site. Alternatively they can park in the car park just next to the site entrance .

  • Kitchen building, with 2 burner gas hob, provides seating for 15 undercover

  • Campfire area by each pitch (Wood £5 a bag)

  • Please check-in if you think you’d like to bring a dog.

It will be lush!
