A single-storey cedar-clad eco retreat, designed by Hills+Co, offers you a special place to stay for solo travellers, couples and up to 2 children.
Your holiday accommodation is a private big-windowed, light-filled space, offering two bedrooms, a shower room and an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining space, with itโs own driveway and entrance. A generous patio and outside dining area overlooks terraced gardens and the woodland and farmland beyond.
Imagineโฆa sliding door disappears, dissolving the boundary between inside and out, yourself and nature. Steps spiral you down past wildflower borders and edible plants to a private sunny lawn. Below, thereโs a wilder space with a fire pit ready for cosy stargazing or outdoor cooking.
The tree canopy and expansive views hold you in the landscape, until ready for your next adventure.
The decor has a homely mid-century vibe, with pieces by Heals, G-plan and Arne Wahl Iversen set off by modernist inspired fabrics, rustic ceramics and Scandi kitchen details. The plants arenโt just outside either! Our love for all things green and leafy has meant we have indulged our passion for indoor plants so you can relax, shower and sleep amongst funky foliage.
The layout is wheelchair accessible from the ramped front door entranceway through and out to the generous patio area, with a spacious wet room and wide doors.

A Neff hide-and-slide oven, rapid AEG induction hob, worktop extractor, sharp prep knives and all the implements that you may normally miss from home are here. Burr coffee grinder, aeropress, cafetiere and stovetop coffee prep options are ready for those passionate about a freshly ground brew.
On arrival youโll find a complimentary welcome hamper of locally made delights including a loaf of sourdough, Netherend butter, Chase Farm milk, Kontext coffee, eggs and something delicious to drink, or alternatives (based on your dietary needs). A freezer also reveals tasty add-ons from Plump Hill Farm that you can help yourself to via our honesty-bar. We also provide some basics - olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs and spices and breakfast tea.
