These are the rules you agree to when confirming a reservation at:

NO PARTIES
NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS - we aim to be an allergen-friendly space
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE
NO BURNING OF CANDLES/NAKED FLAMES INSIDE
We ask that you smoke/vape outside, away from the building, and do not dispose of any cigarettes, naked flames or vapes in the garden.

SUPERVISION OF YOUNG CHILDREN IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES IN THE GARDEN AND WHEN USING THE OUTDOOR BATH.
The garden has many steps and levels and the bath is deep so please do not leave children unattended. The bath is used at your own risk.

And finally, this is a peaceful location for relaxing and chilling out - it is not a party house. Please be mindful of our lovely neighbours and we respectfully ask that no loud or amplified music is played, inside or out, after 11pm.
